Exfoliating toner

I bought and have been using this because I heard it manages exfoliation even if you apply it with your hands without needing a toner. They claim it removes 90% of dead skin cells in just one application, so I use it with confidence. My skin definitely feels smoother, and since it's from Dong-A Pharmaceutical, I have complete trust in it!! The whole line is great.
