It's famous as a military PX item! It's Dr. G Skin.

I first came across this when I received it as a gift in the military, and surprisingly, it didn't cause any breakouts whenever I used it. It's hard to find products with this kind of value for money, so I've been using it ever since!

The first photo is before the renewal and the second is after, but I bought both at a low price and am using them without much difference.
