I have used countless toners over the years.

I am writing a vivid review.

After trying many toners, such as cotton pad wipes, soaked toners, and alcohol-based toners, I finally settled on this one.

This is "Scinic The Simple Toner".

 

First of all, as someone with sensitive skin,

It was a very satisfying basic skincare product.

 

It is fragrance-free and colorless, just a water-based formulation,

I use it as a wipe-off toner with a cotton pad, and also as a double or triple-applied toner; it definitely refines my skin texture well.

It also helped with exfoliation.

 

A similar product is Dokdo Toner,

The ingredients and feel are almost identical, but,

Scinic was good in terms of cost-effectiveness.

 

I recommend this as a basic item I have been using for years.
