The cotton is really thin.

And it was just a rectangular shape. Usually, stuffing like this has a wavy shape, but this one wasn't.

Since it is made of soft pulp material, I was able to use it without irritation. They say that because the pulp material holds the formula intact, a small amount is enough to moisturize the skin.
