My lip color is purple. It's a bit rough.

It's such a complex for me because even when I wear lipstick, my natural color is dark.

The color isn't showing up at all. What should people with this lip color wear? Honestly, I've even been thinking about getting a lip tattoo. I wonder if my lips are dark because my skin is so tanned.
