Heart Percent Lip Pencil

This is the Heart Percent Dot On Mood Pencil that I bought when over-lips were trending. It applies smoothly and softly, though the staying power is slightly lower. However, since the color is very similar to my natural lip color, it is the perfect product for covering up a bluish lip line. It is a bit expensive if you buy it outright, but it is affordable if you purchase it through a group buy organized by YouTubers or influencers. I recommend it!
