It's a tint from MAC's Varnish Cream Lip Stain line. The texture feels great when applied, and it stains neither too heavily nor leaves a lumpy residue. I recommend it!
I bought shade 107. It looks like it has a neon tint, but the color looks different on the lips, so I highly recommend trying it on before buying.
