I usually apply matte lipstick and a light layer of lip balm on top, or apply a water tint and then lightly dab on matte lipstick. I've been using Etude products lately, but I'm getting tired of them.
No matter how much I use it, the amount strangely doesn't seem to decrease lol.
Please recommend a product that is famous for its matte lipstick.
I want to buy a new one, apply it, and lift my spirits.
