Romand Juicy Lasting Tint isn't matte; it has a glossy finish, so it makes your lips look shiny when applied. It feels like a combination of a lip balm and a tint. There is a wide variety of colors, but I am currently using the Fig Fig shade. It is a natural color, so it is great to wear even when you are not wearing makeup.
