It's velvet, but it doesn't feel overwhelming.
The tip has a soft texture and is slightly flat, so it seemed easy to apply along the lips. The formula and the tip seem to match well.
The tint smells like super sweet cherry candy!
Personally, I tend to prefer cherry scents, so I liked the fragrance.
It's a tint with a variety of colors, and No. 1 Fluorescent Red is a really vibrant shade♥
They said it was a vivid tint that brightens your complexion with high-pigment colors, and after trying it, the color payoff itself is incredible!
It's velvet, but since the texture is soft, it didn't feel super matte or super soft. I just use it thinking of it as a moisturizing tint, lol.

It has the clear and radiant pink characteristic of cool summer skin tones, so it doesn't make your face look dull.
