It's velvet, but it doesn't feel overwhelming.

The tip has a soft texture and is slightly flat, so it seemed easy to apply along the lips. The formula and the tip seem to match well.

The tint smells like super sweet cherry candy!

Personally, I tend to prefer cherry scents, so I liked the fragrance.

It's velvet, but since the texture is soft, it didn't feel super matte or super soft. I just use it thinking of it as a moisturizing tint, lol.
