This product is a tint that dries like a coating after a certain amount of time has passed since application.
So, when you first blend, you need to tidy it up with a lip brush or a cotton swab.
It is a tint that I use often because it is a hassle to apply at first, but once it sets, it lasts a long time.
It is a little difficult to use, but if you apply it often, you will get the hang of it and be able to do it quickly.
