This is Benefit's Cha Cha Tint, which many people with warm spring undertones cite as their holy grail lip product. Since it is a liquid tint that provides a clear and transparent watercolor-like finish, the color becomes more vivid the more you layer it; however, I personally found it looks prettiest and most pleasing when applied with just a single layer.
