This is the Etude Fixing Tint Bar in Milk Caramel. It applies smoothly so it doesn't settle into lip creases easily. Personally, I like the texture because it feels somewhere in between—neither too moisturizing nor too matte. It transfers only slightly when you touch it with your finger.
The color payoff is good, too. I just wish there was more product though haha.
