Apieu Juicy Pang Sugar Tint

It is closer to a moisturizing lip tint than a velvet tint, but I like it because it is hydrating enough that I don't need to carry lip balm while using it, and it doesn't accentuate dry patches.
It feels like a water tint, and the color is pretty. I usually dislike products that apply too intensely and make my lips look like they're floating on my face, but this tint doesn't give that impression at all and applies naturally, so I'm satisfied. It looks pretty even when worn without makeup.
