Just like the name Water Tint suggests, it is more moisturizing than other tints.
It feels a bit moisturizing, like a water film forms on the lips, but that doesn't mean the color payoff is bad.
The color payoff is good and the scent is nice.
I often buy Romand lip products because the prices are good and the colors are pretty.
I use this product often because it has a slight orange tint and a subtle color.
I recommend this to those who like moisturizing tints like me.
