Blur Water Tint for soft, matte lips

It's 3CE's Blur Water Tint.

When applying lipstick, I sometimes use a bright color as a base, and other times I use toned-down colors like this.

It's a lip product that feels soft and powdery when applied, rather than matte.🩷 Just like the name suggests, it looks pretty, like it has been blurred. lol. Apply this, then layer a different color lipstick just over the center to complete the look.
