Recommendations for cool-toned velvet tints I bought with my own money >_<

I have a typical cool undertone and rarely use glossy lip products, so I mostly use velvet-textured lip products. While some velvet tints have pretty colors, the velvet texture often smudges if I talk a little or take just a sip of water.
