3CE Water Tint that I bought with my own money and sticks perfectly to the lips

I ended up settling on this after testing it out by chance.

3CE Blur Water Tint - Coral Moon

At first, it has a glow like a regular tint, but as it dries, it becomes slightly matte and adheres well to the lips. I like that it doesn't come off easily even after eating!

It's not too matte, has great color payoff, and lasts a long time, so I've recommended it to my friends as well :-)
