Let me introduce the Romand Glasting Water Tint. As a water tint, the Glasting Water Tint applies smoothly, adds volume to the lips, and keeps them hydrated. It doesn't settle into lip creases either. It is not sticky, and I think it is a product that creates a really pretty overall lip finish. It also smooths out dead skin cells on the lips, so it is a lip product I use often.
