Actually, I don't remember where I got it from, but it was just lying around the house, so I tried applying it and it seemed okay.
I looked it up and it says MERZY, but I don't know the place lol
It doesn't look great if you apply it thickly, but I like it because if you dab it on two or three times and spread it thinly, it gives a natural lip color.
The downside is that my lips get dry after applying it.
I apply lip balm, then apply this on top, and then cover it with lip balm again.
