I recommend the 3CE Tattoo Lip Tint. This product is so famous that I'm sure everyone already knows it, but true to its name, it doesn't come off easily. Lip tints usually wear off easily in the summer, even when swimming, but this product has really great staying power. Even if you scrub it hard with cleansing water, a little bit still remains. Haha. I recommend this to anyone looking for a lip tint that doesn't smudge.
