Please help me with my lip makeup..

Whenever I wear lip makeup, my lipstick smudges after just a short while.

I thought the lipstick might be the problem, so I tried changing it, but it's still similar. Is it my lips that are the issue? Please help me if there is any way to make it smudge less.
