lip balm

I still haven't found a lip product that works for me, so I keep repeating the cycle of dating and discarding products. I'm wondering if there is a protective lip product that helps with exfoliation and shows quick results. I have a habit of lifting my lips, so they are always chapped, and they look really unattractive whenever I do my makeup. It's really bothering me.
