People with short, blunt mouths have lips

How should a person with a short, blunt mouth style their lips?

Should I do it...? It looks weird even if I apply it all over, but if I just apply a little to the inside...

My mouth looks a bit small. I'm not sure if I should apply it lightly or thickly.

I'm having trouble deciding. Do you know of any good lip products for lip coverage?
