What do you think of the Rire Moisture Tint Lip Balm?

How is this product?

Now that I'm escaping from masks, lip gloss or tint

I'm thinking of buying a new one.

It seems like a good idea since it's affordable and even works as a lip balm.

I'm worried about things like color longevity and color payoff.
