Romand Zero Velvet Tint is famous, right? It has a soft, powdery texture that blends well and leaves a smooth, matte finish. I used the Zero Velvet Tint in the shade Fizz, and I recommend it for cool-toned skin. It is a cool pink with a hint of plum. There is some transfer, but the staining isn't very strong. It is a shade I highly recommend for cool-toned individuals!!
