Peripera's Favorite Item

I bought this because I heard it's a must-have item for anyone with a spring warm undertone. It really does look good when used as a base to tone down the color of *I'm Soju* a bit, but it seems to have a bit too much neon undertone, which is a little disappointing. It would have been really pretty if it didn't have that neon tint. So, I wear this over a pink lipstick on the inner part of my lips.
