It's Chikaichiko One Chu Blur Velvet Tint #03 Halogen RED.

The case is pretty and the color looks vibrant and lovely, so I bought it from an online shopping mall.

Unlike how it looks, it doesn't apply smoothly when I actually try it on. It clumps a lot, so even after dabbing it on and rubbing my lips several times, it doesn't spread out well. My lips ended up looking like a penguin's, which feels so awkward. It’s a failed purchase; I bought it quite a while ago but haven't used it, so it’s practically brand new.
