Romand Blur Fudge Tint Cooling Up

This is Cooling Up, Blur Fudge Tint's recently released base lip!

This is a makeup look where I used Cooling Up as a base lip and created a gradient lip with Blur Fudge Tint in Fuchsia Vibe, and I received so many compliments on my lips that day💕

Cooling Up is a base lip color for cool tones; it doesn't have a warm feel and has low saturation, so I think it would be good for many people to use!

It looks pretty even with a mauve lip on top, and it matches Cooling Up perfectly no matter what shade you choose—rose pink, purple, or fuchsia haha.

If you have a cool undertone, you definitely have to try using this as a base lip color!! Highly recommended🤍
