How should I apply Glow Tint to look pretty?

I always preferred tints with a matte finish, so I didn't often use glow tints. I used to have one, but recently Alternative Stereo's Numond was so pretty that I bought it!

But maybe because it's a formula I'm not used to, I find it really difficult to apply it nicely 😞

I'm trying out various combinations with the tints I currently have. I think it's better to just lightly layer it on top rather than mixing it all together with the blur tint. Please let me know if you have any tips!
