I have a spring warm undertone, and I'm wondering which lip tint would suit me.

I have a Spring Warm tone, so which lip tint would suit me? Every time I buy one, I end up using a different shade... Honestly, I don't even know what my tone is anymore... I'm so confused, what should I do? Also, for blush, am I supposed to just pat it onto my cheeks?
