This is the most recent and most satisfying product I have purchased.

Even though I am a Spring Light shade 21

Strangely, this product doesn't look cakey and has a beautiful color payoff.

 

It's definitely a Summer Mute color, but I can't believe it suits me so well.

What surprised me about this product is that the color matches, but

" Formulation " no see.

 

It is definitely velvet, but it feels moisturizing when applied.

I think the texture is most similar to 3CE's Blur Water Tint.

3CE products dry quickly, and perhaps due to the nature of water tints

I felt that the more I applied it, the darker the color became or the more matte it turned...

 

I wonder if I felt the Nu Grey product was less matte because it is a slightly thicker velvet than 3CE.
