Cloudy Day Sun Care

Please make sure to apply sunscreen on cloudy days.

I heard that you should apply sunscreen even when it's cloudy, but there were times when I didn't apply it either.

I definitely realized this after my child played in the water recently.

Even though it was a cloudy day, I applied sunscreen before going in because it was a day for water activities, but it seems like it all washed off while I was playing. After playing all day, my face was really sunburned and red.

I thought it would be okay since it was cloudy, but seeing my child's face get sunburned, I realized I need to make sure to apply sunscreen properly even on cloudy days from now on.
