Apply sunscreen before going out

I really didn't want to go out today because of the sun and sweltering heat, but I had no choice but to head out for a family gathering. Before leaving, I applied sunscreen thoroughly to my face and body, and I brought a sun stick with me to reapply whenever I had a spare moment. I don't know when this heat wave will finally go away, but I hope everyone has a great end to their late weekend.
