I'm diligently applying sunscreen, but I think I've developed blemishes.

I said I was applying sunscreen really diligently.

I think I have blemishes on the side of my cheekbones.

I just hope it doesn't smudge... I wonder if it's because of the UV rays.

Or maybe there's another cause... It's upsetting... If the blemishes spread, I should go to the dermatologist right away, right?
