It was cloudy early in the morning, but sure enough, the sun is shining brightly.
I applied it well and went for a walk, but I was sweating profusely, so I wiped it with a handkerchief every now and then; I'm not sure if it's staying put.
It's hard to reapply while walking, so I'm glad I brought a hat.
