It is a waterproof type, so it is resistant to water and sweat. Despite that, it does not sting the eyes even when water gets in. I think that is probably because it is a children's brand.
There is no white cast and absolutely no eye irritation.
However, it is a shame that it is on the expensive side because the portion is small.
