What are some good sun sticks for water activities?

I've been using the CNP Sun Stick, but I think I got a bit tanned, so I'm looking to buy an effective one. Are there any sun sticks with good UV protection that come in a large size so I can apply a lot to my arms and legs? Or is it still better to just buy a large size sunscreen and apply it generously?
