I sometimes skip applying sunscreen when I use a mask or parasol, and it makes me reflect on myself.

I looked it up and realized that you must apply sunscreen even when using a parasol. I used to think it was okay to wear a mask or hat since nothing is visible, but seeing everyone apply it so meticulously makes me reflect on my habits. I'll make sure to do it diligently starting tomorrow!
