The rating is 43, so it seems to provide pretty good UV protection. I have eczema, and I decided to use this because it was too hot to just go out without protection.

I don't experience any stinging even when using it on areas with eczema.

Try using this on days when your skin barrier is compromised but you inevitably have to go out.
