I usually shower with just water in the evening and take a shower in the morning. How do those of you who use sunsticks handle this?

Do you shower in the evening and not in the morning?
I do shower twice a day, morning and evening, on rainy days or when I sweat, but I'm asking because it seems like a lot of people use sun sticks!
