I know I should apply sunscreen even indoors, but I find it hard to stick to it. I think I heard that even fluorescent light can cause sunburn. That's why I'm told I absolutely must apply sunscreen indoors. I always apply it when I go out, but I end up not applying any at all when I'm at home. How about you?
