I should apply sunscreen even in winter, right?

I usually apply sunscreen in the summer, but would it be good to apply it in the winter too?

I don't really apply it because it's a hassle... but I should probably do it, right?

My skin often gets chapped in the winter, so I apply cream frequently... but I keep forgetting to apply sunscreen.
