I think sun cushions are better for reapplying.

Before going out, I apply sunscreen and take a sun cushion with me. I reapply it frequently throughout the day. It is incredibly convenient because I don't have to get my hands dirty and can reapply often. It is also handy that there is a mirror inside the cushion.
