집에서도 바르라고하네요 그래서 저는 암막 쳐놨어요
"Sunscreen is a must even at home?"... Am I the only one who hasn't been applying it until now?
Hello. I have always prided myself on taking a good care of my skin, but I am posting this because I have recently developed a major concern.
Until recently, I believed that I only needed to apply sunscreen thoroughly when I was in direct contact with the sun, such as when hiking or going out in the scorching heat of midsummer.
However, after reading beauty cafes and related posts recently,
Applying sunscreen is practically the 'standard' not only on gloomy, heavily overcast days but even on days when I stay indoors. It felt like a settled atmosphere.
The logic is that ultraviolet rays (UVA) entering through windows are the main culprit of aging, so there is no exception even at home.
Now that I am actually trying to put it into practice, a few questions arise.
Actually, I really want to give my skin a rest at home.
I feel like my skin might feel stuffy if I wear sunscreen all day, and I also find it bothersome to double cleanse when I haven't even gone out.
However, I also feel anxious that if I miss out on the skincare that everyone else does, I might regret it later due to freckles or blemishes.
Is there anyone who actually makes sure to apply sunscreen every day, even at home?
I am wondering if there is really a noticeable difference in skin tone or preventing blemishes when doing that.
Or, I also welcome opinions from those who think the interior is overkill!
Please share your valuable experiences on how far you go with indoor UV protection.
Is this something obvious that only applies to me, but am I just overlooking it?
Please answer my questions.
It is indeed the season of flowers.
Have a wonderful day
