People usually use sunscreen a lot to block UV rays.
Just like me, many people mainly use SPF 50+ or higher because they hear that the higher the SPF number, the better the protection.
However, I've heard that adding various ingredients to increase the sun protection factor often causes skin irritation.
Is there a big difference in blocking rates between those with a low blocking index and those with a high one?
If there isn't much difference, would it be better to use the one with good ingredients but a lower SPF?
If a higher sun protection factor indicates a higher blocking rate, does SPF50+ or higher mean a 100% blocking rate?
