Given my age, I can't help but worry about skin elasticity and anti-aging. That's why I always seem to be looking for better methods and more effective products.
Today, just like any other day... after dropping Rang-gun off to work and waking up my high schooler who had to go to school, I was surfing the web and looking at news while waiting for him to make a move... when I found this information!
While sunlight plays a truly vital role in our bodies, and I was well aware of how harmful UV rays are to the skin, how could I not be surprised to learn that applying sunscreen every day is the most powerful anti-aging method?
Am I the only one who just realized this? ^^;;
Now that you know about it, how can you not apply it? Heh.
On top of that... stress, which can be called the root of all diseases, is indeed connected to anti-aging as well ;;;; To think that chronic stress increases cortisol secretion and accelerates collagen breakdown... I really need to practice good mind control to shake off stress so I don't get stressed in the first place.
Rather than looking for good anti-aging products...
I realized that I should make it my top priority to apply sunscreen more thoroughly every day, and since I can't avoid stress entirely, I need to practice shaking it off as much as possible.
