I used to only apply sunscreen when going out.
Now, it has become a habit for me to naturally reach for sunscreen even when it rains while exercising.
However, because of the fluorescent lights, I have to apply it even at home, but since I haven't gotten into the habit yet, I usually just apply it when I remember and then forget.😁
