Sunscreen is a must all year round!
But... SPF, PA, organic sunscreen, inorganic sunscreen... why is this so confusing!!
Everything about sun care for the ladies who say that!
SPF
It stands for Sun Protection Factor, which indicates the degree to which the skin is protected from UVB (UVB is the main cause of sunburn!).
SPF 30 blocks 97% of UVB, 40 blocks 98%, and 50 blocks 99%!
PA
PA stands for Protection Grade of UVB and indicates the degree of skin protection against UVB. PA+ means low protection, PA++ means medium, PA+++ means slightly high, and PA++++ means high!
Organic sunscreen
A method of absorbing ultraviolet rays, converting them into thermal energy, and releasing them.
Advantages :
1. It is moisturizing and spreads well.
2. No cloudiness
disadvantage :
1. It is more irritating compared to mineral sunscreens.
2. The effect appears 30 minutes after application, so there is the inconvenience of having to apply it 30 minutes before going out.
3. It washes off easily with water or sweat and causes eye irritation.
mineral sunscreen
A method of creating a thin film on the skin to reflect ultraviolet rays.
Advantages :
1. Low stimulation
2. It works immediately upon application.
3. It is somewhat waterproof against water or sweat.
disadvantage :
1. It is cloudy.
2. It does not erase easily.
That's all for my sun care story!
Then, you just need to choose a sunscreen that suits your skin type.
