I remember Make Prem No Sebum Sunscreen being the TOP 1 in the oily skin category haha.

My family and I all have oily skin, but we are satisfied with this product and have repurchased it.

 

Even though it is a mineral sunscreen, it applies well without feeling stiff, and the finish is soft and matte; perhaps because it is a no-sebum product

It seems to control oil so that it doesn't just come to the surface over time.

It is a mineral sunscreen, but there is almost no white cast!

 

Since I apply sunscreen > tone-up cream > foundation in that order, I prefer sunscreen that doesn't leave a white cast :)
